碱激发地聚物胶凝材料固化/稳定化市政污泥研究进展与评述

Research Progress and Review on the Curing/stabilization of Municipal Sludge Using Alkali-activated Geopolymer Binding Materials

  • 摘要: 市政污泥产量激增,固化/稳定化加固技术是市政污泥处理最常用也最有效的方法之一。传统水泥固化存在强度低、水稳定性差、重金属再溶出风险高等缺陷,亟需高效、低碳的替代胶凝材料。碱激发地聚物胶凝材料的固化效果较好,本文对当前国内外地聚物固化市政污泥的力学性能和固化机理进行了综述,系统归纳地聚物固化市政污泥的强度特性、水稳定性、固化机理、浸出毒性以及可持续性特征,分析了碱激发剂类型、前驱体类型和掺量对市政污泥固化体无侧限抗压强度的影响规律,讨论了当前碱激发地聚物胶凝材料对市政污泥固化/稳定化效果和机理研究的不足,探讨了具有针对性的研究建议。本文为碱激发地聚物固化市政污泥的科学研究和应用推广提供新的思考和途径,为市政污泥低碳固化/稳定化提供理论依据与工程范式。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid increase in municipal sludge production, solidification/stabilization (S/S) has become one of the most widely used and effective technologies for sludge treatment. However, traditional cement-based solidification often suffers from low strength, poor water stability, and high risks of heavy metal re-leaching, highlighting the urgent need for efficient and low-carbon alternative binders. Alkali-activated geopolymer binders have demonstrated superior solidification performance. This paper reviews the mechanical properties and solidification mechanisms of municipal sludge stabilized with geopolymer materials in both domestic and international studies. The strength development, water stability, solidification mechanisms, leaching toxicity, and sustainability characteristics of geopolymer-solidified sludge are systematically summarized. Furthermore, the effects of alkali activator type, precursor composition, and dosage on the unconfined compressive strength of solidified sludge are analyzed. Current research gaps in understanding the solidification/stabilization performance and mechanisms of alkali-activated geopolymers are discussed, and targeted research recommendations are proposed. This review provides new insights and perspectives for the scientific study and practical application of alkali-activated geopolymer binders, offering theoretical support and engineering guidance for the low-carbon solidification/stabilization of municipal sludge.
