钢-混凝土组合结构桥梁拼宽设计与成桥试验研究

Design and Experimental Study on Steel-concrete Composite Bridge Widening

  • 摘要: 采用钢-混凝土组合结构对既有桥梁进行拼宽可有效缩短施工周期、降低整体梁高并减少墩柱数量,在城市繁忙交通路口的建设环境下综合效益明显。本文以实际工程为依托,对既有混凝土高架桥采用钢-混凝土组合结构展开拼宽设计,建立空间有限元模型展开拼宽桥梁的力学性能分析,并采用成桥试验研究手段研究桥梁的整体受力性能与工作状态,结果表明,采用钢-混凝土组合结构拼宽后的桥梁整体工作状态良好,实测结果与理论分析模型接近,结构体系安全可靠。

     

    Abstract: Widening existing bridges with steel-concrete composite structure can effectively shorten the construction period, reduce the beam height and the number of piers. The comprehensive benefit is obvious in busy traffic junctions of the city. In this paper, steel-concrete composite structure is used for widening design of existing concrete elevated bridges based on practical engineering, beam-shell finite element model is established to analyze mechanical properties of widened bridges, and overall mechanical performance and working state of bridges are studied by load tests. The results show that the overall working state of bridges widened by steel-concrete composite structure is good, and the measured results are close to the theoretical analysis model. The structure system is safe and reliable.
