模块化箱型钢结构智能制造生产线布置与探究

Layout and Exploration of Intelligent Manufacturing Production Line for Modular Box-type Steel Structure

  • 摘要: 针对当前型钢生产管理粗放、智能化与信息化水平不足等问题,本文以优化模块化箱型钢结构生产模式、提升生产智造水平为研究目的,对模块化箱型钢结构智能制造生产线展开布置与探究。该生产线采用流水线生产模式,集成先进设备和机器人技术,实现型钢的自动组立、焊接、矫正工序联动;同时以构件生产流程为生产管理主线,搭建了数字化管理平台,该平台围绕设计、计划、成本、材料、生产、质量、安全进行全流程管理,实时监测设备状态、生产进度及产品质量,实现加工数据智能排产。应用结果表明,相对传统钢结构生产线,该生产线明显提升了生产自动化和信息化水平,劳动生产率提升36%,且进一步提升构件制造质量,为模块化钢结构生产制造提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the extensive management and low intelligent and informatization level in traditional section steel production, this paper investigates the layout and application of an intelligent manufacturing line for modular box-type steel structures. The production line adopts a streamlined production mode and integrates advanced processing equipment and robotic technology to realize the linkage of automatic assembly, welding and straightening processes for section steel. A digital management platform is established to implement full-process production management, which enables real-time monitoring of equipment status, production progress and product quality, as well as intelligent production scheduling based on processing data. Application results demonstrate that compared with conventional steel structure production lines, the developed production line achieves substantial improvement in automation and digitalization performance. Labor productivity is elevated by 36%, and the manufacturing quality of structural components is effectively enhanced. This research provides a technical reference for the intelligent manufacturing of modular steel structures.
