Abstract: With the deepening of digital transformation in the construction industry, strengthening supply chain management has become an important starting point to promote industrial upgrading and high-quality development. Based on the design concept of supply chain digital transformation of Jishi group, this paper puts forward a new five in one management mode of business process digitization, project management intelligence, industrial platform ecology, data governance systematization and data asset financialization, and then further expounds the specific practice path to provide technical, ecological and talent support for the digital transformation of the industry, driving the establishment of a high-value supply chain management system. Through the digital construction of the Internet supply chain platform in the construction industry, the information barrier has been broken, the supply chain coordination ability has been strengthened, and the experience and practice that can be replicated and popularized have been provided for building a platform type general contracting construction enterprise, making it more aligned with the transformation characteristics of construction enterprises in the new era and injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the industry.
