基于BIM的地铁车站土建施工自动化监测系统的开发与应用技术

Development and Application Technology of BIM-Based Automatic Monitoring System for Civil Construction of Subway Station

  • 摘要: 地铁车站基坑开挖土建施工中基坑监测主要以人工测量为主,这种传统的监测方法存在诸多问题:设备在现场施工空间移动受限;冗余的人力、物力调动;人工监测数据不够直观。为了对地铁车站基坑监测进行优化,实现自动化检测,提出了基于BIM的地铁车站土建施工自动化监测系统的开发与应用技术。该技术通过在Revit模型中建立地表沉降监测等多种模块,以及将数据导入监测平台,达到数据在平台实时显示的效果,从而完成对地铁车站基坑的自动化监测体系的建设,实现数据的自动采集。在广州市轨道交通三号线东延段工程及同步实施工程总承包项目中,该技术的应用显现出频次快、时效性好、稳定性高、数据真实可靠的优点,能够实时精准地为施工安全保驾护航,更好地为地下空间土建工程建设进行风险防范以及安全保障。

     

    Abstract: In the excavation and civil construction of subway station foundation pits, manual measurement is mainly used for pit monitoring. This traditional monitoring method has many problems: limited equipment movement in the on-site construction space; redundant manpower and material resources mobilization; manual monitoring data is not intuitive enough. In order to optimize the monitoring of subway station foundation pits and achieve automated detection, the development and application technology of a BIM-based automated monitoring system for subway station civil construction is proposed. This technology establishes various modules such as surface settlement monitoring in Revit models, and imports data into the monitoring platform to achieve real-time display of data on the platform, thus completing the establishment of an automated monitoring system for subway station foundation pits and achieving automatic data collection. In the East Extension Project of Guangzhou Metro Line 3, as well as the synchronous implementation of the general contracting project, the application of this technology has shown the advantages of high frequency, good timeliness, high stability, and reliable data. It provides real-time and accurate monitoring for construction safety and enhances risk prevention and safety assurance for underground civil engineering construction.
