城市更新中给排水管网改造设计研究

Research on Renovation of Water Supply and Drainage Pipelines in Urban Renewal

  • 摘要: 随着我国城镇化进程推进,早期建设的给排水系统已进入高龄化运行阶段,管道漏损、雨污合流、城市内涝等问题突出。为加快完成给排水管网更新改造、提升市政基础设施水平,本文针对给排水管网运行问题与实施重难点,结合阜阳市排水管道修复项目,探索改造管网的具体解决措施。通过优化管道材料和布局完善新旧管网在高程、材料及施工时序上的衔接;采用非开挖修复等施工技术提升地下空间利用效率,减少对道路及周边环境影响;分别建立雨水系统与污水系统避免雨污水合流对水环境的污染;运用“绿、灰、蓝”协同的多元化治理策略构建海绵生态系统抵御内涝风险;加强项目全周期管理以保障管网常态化稳定运行。综合采取以上措施有助于推进新型城镇化高质量发展,研究为城市发展提供一定理论支撑及技术指导。

     

    Abstract: With the advancement of urbanization in China, many early-built water supply and drainage systems have entered an aging operation phase, with prominent problems such as pipeline leakage, combined rainwater and sewage, and urban flooding. In order to update the renewal of water supply and drainage networks and enhance the level of municipal infrastructure, this article explores specific solutions to the problems and difficulties in the implementation of water supply and drainage networks based on the drainage pipeline repair project in Fuyang City. Improve the connection between new and old pipelines in terms of elevation, materials and construction sequence by optimizing the pipe materials and layout. The adoption of construction techniques such as non-excavation pipeline repair can enhance the utilization rate of underground space and reduce the impact on roads and the surrounding environment. Establishing a rainwater and sewage separation system can prevent the pollution of the water environment caused by the combined flow. The application of a diversified governance strategy that integrates "green, gray and blue" to build a sponge ecosystem can resist the risk of urban flooding. Strengthen the full-cycle management of the project to ensure the regular and stable operation of the pipeline network. The comprehensive adoption of the above measures will promote high-quality development of new-type urbanization and provide certain theoretical support and technical guidance for urban development.
