锚拉式钢板桩在软土地区深基坑中的应用

Application of Anchor-pulled Sheet Pile in Deep Foundation Pit in Soft Soil Area

  • 摘要: 为探讨锚拉式钢板桩在深厚软土层地质条件下对深基坑工程施工安全的影响及其可行性。本研究以广东省珠海市横琴新区某深基坑工程为研究对象,详细分析了深厚软土层的地质条件和周边环境特点。鉴于该工程地处深厚软土层,周边环境复杂,施工安全要求高且需为坑中坑结构施工创造有利条件,本研究采用锚拉式双排钢板桩支护形式,并对其设计与施工效果进行监测与评估。在设计阶段,特别加强了前后两排钢板桩连接节点的设计。施工过程中,采用锚拉式双排钢板桩支护形式,并通过实时监测手段对钢板桩的深层水平位移和周边地面沉降进行动态监测。监测结果显示,前后两排钢板桩的深层水平位移和周边地面沉降均在规范要求范围内。这表明所采用的锚拉式双排钢板桩支护方案在深厚软土地区具有良好的可行性和可靠性,能够有效控制基坑变形,确保施工安全。该支护方案在深厚软土地区的深基坑工程中应用效果显著,具有一定的应用前景,其成功经验可为类似地质条件下的深基坑工程提供有益的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Taking a deep foundation pit in Hengqin New Area, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province as an example, in order to ensure construction safety and create favorable conditions for the construction of the pit-in-pit structure, this study, in combination with the complex surrounding environment of the project, adopted the anchor-pulled double-row sheet pile support form and monitored and evaluated its design and construction effects, aiming to provide technical references and practical experience for deep foundation pit support projects in deep soft soil areas. This study took this deep foundation pit project as the object and analyzed in detail the geological conditions of the deep soft soil layer and the characteristics of the surrounding environment. In the design stage, the connection nodes of the front and rear two rows of sheet piles were particularly strengthened. During the construction process, the anchor-pulled double-row sheet pile support form was adopted, and the deep horizontal displacement of the sheet piles and the ground settlement around were dynamically monitored through real-time monitoring means. The monitoring results show that the deep horizontal displacement of the front and rear two rows of sheet piles and the ground settlement around are all within the range required by the specifications. This indicates that the adopted anchor-pulled double-row sheet pile support scheme has good feasibility and reliability in deep soft soil areas, and can effectively control the deformation of the foundation pit and ensure construction safety. The application effect of this support scheme in deep foundation pit projects in deep soft soil areas is significant and has certain application prospects. Its successful experience can provide useful references for deep foundation pit projects under similar geological conditions.
