Abstract:
To address the problems of dispersed information, complex management processes, and low promotion efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in the construction industry, a scientific and technological achievement sharing promotion platform for the construction sector is designed and developed. It aims to standardize the full-process management of achievements via digital means and build channels for achievement display and promotion. The platform centers on full life-cycle management of achievements, constructs a four-category classification framework comprising "new processes, new materials, new equipment, and new products" on the basis of existing technical classification standards issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. It integrates functional modules such as registration, review, evaluation, promotion, and data statistics, and introduces multi-role collaboration with role-based access control (RBAC). The platform has been deployed and operated in 13 affiliated enterprises, collecting 108 sets of scientific and technological achievement data and completing 71 online expert evaluation tasks, covering core links such as random expert selection, online assessment, review comment recording and result aggregation. Practical operation results indicate that the platform realizes centralized cross-unit management and full-process digital data control of achievements, improves the standardization and full-process traceability of achievement management, and can serve as a solid digital foundation for the subsequent transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the construction industry.
