基于数值模拟的螺栓安装误差对铝合金连接件力学性能影响研究

Study on the Effect of Bolt Installation Error on the Mechanical Properties of Aluminum Alloy Connectors Based on Numerical Simulation

  • 摘要: 由于大多数牌号的铝合金型材展现出较差的可焊性,针对铝合金结构螺栓连接的研究显得尤为重要。实际工程中由于人工操作不当或失误以及环境因素的影响导致铝合金螺栓连接难以避免地出现安装误差,该误差会对连接性能造成一定的影响。本文采用数值模拟的方法研究了螺栓安装误差对铝合金连接件力学性能的影响,研究结果表明具有安装误差构件的刚度、承载力均出现了较为明显的削弱,且随着端距的增大,其影响程度出现了先增后减的趋势。建议在设计时,为了减小误差安装的影响,应在满足尺寸设计及力学性能的前提下,选择较为适中的端距。

     

    Abstract: Due to the poor weldability exhibited by most grades of aluminum alloy profiles, research on bolted connections in aluminum alloy structures is particularly important. And it's important to note that, in the actual project, due to improper manual operation or errors and the influence of environmental factors, it is difficult to avoid the installation error of aluminum alloy bolted connection, which will have a certain impact on the connection performance. This paper uses numerical simulation to study the effect of installation error on the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy bolt connection, through the study found that the stiffness and bearing capacity of the components with installation error have been weakened significantly, and with the increase of the end distance, the degree of its influence appears to be the first to increase and then reduce the trend. It is recommended that in order to minimize the impact of installation errors in the design, should meet the dimensional design and mechanical properties of the premise, choose a more appropriate end distance.
