Abstract:
To meet the special needs of engineering construction in karst developed areas, the overall idea for selecting basic schemes for karst developed strata has been summarized.Based on a case study of a logistics factory building project, which has the characteristics of high floor height, large load, and large column span, and combined with the specific geological conditions of the project, a comparative analysis of the basic scheme was carried out, intended to provide scientific and reasonable solutions for similar projects.Based on the specific geological conditions of the project, a comprehensive comparative analysis was conducted on shallow foundation, pipe pile foundation, and cast-in-place pile foundation schemes.Determine the optimal foundation plan through multidimensional evaluations such as technical feasibility, economic rationality, and construction safety. After detailed technical and economic comparisons, it was found that the optimal solution for high-rise logistics warehouse buildings in karst development strata is to adopt the cast-in-place pile foundation scheme.Based on project construction practice, this paper summarizes and proposes methods for treating karst soil caves and key control points for the construction process of cast-in-place piles in karst areas. These research results provide important reference for engineering construction in similar karst areas, and help to improve the safety and economy of engineering design and construction.
