多壁碳纳米管分散性及其对砂浆力学性能影响研究

Study on Dispersion of Carbon Nanotubes and Its Influence on Mechanical Properties of Mortar

  • 摘要: 本研究采用表面活性剂和超声处理相结合的方法对水溶液中的MWCNTs进行分散,并通过紫外可见光光度计半定量表征了不同分散剂含量和超声时间条件下MWCNTs的分散性。同时,探究了MWCNTs掺量对砂浆力学性能的影响,并结合SEM分析了其影响原因。结果表明,当分散剂含量为MWCNTs质量的90%,超声时间为45 min时,MWCNTs的分散效果最佳;当MWCNTs的掺量为水泥体积的0.1%时,砂浆抗压、抗折强度均有较大提高,而过高的掺量会引发MWCNTs团聚,最终导致砂浆的力学性能大幅度下降。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a combination method of surfactant and ultrasonic treatment was used to disperse MWCNTs in aqueous solution. The dispersion effect of MWCNTs with different ultrasonic time and dispersant content was characterized by UV-VIS spectrophotometer. In addition, the influence of MWCNTs content on the mechanical properties of mortar was investigated, and the reasons for its influence were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal content of dispersant and the optimal ultrasonic time was 90% of the mass of MWCNTs and 45 minutes, respectively. When the content of MWCNTs was 0.1% of the cement volume, the compressive and flexural strength of the mortar were greatly improved. However, excessive content of MWCNTs can lead to agglomeration of MWCNTs, resulting in a significant decrease in the mechanical properties of the mortar.
