增城区牛仔基地二星级智慧工地实践与成效

Practice and Outcomes of the Two-star Smart Construction Site at Zengcheng District's Denim Base

  • 摘要: 本文核心研究目的为解决传统施工管理“信息传递滞后、安全风险突出、进度偏差显著”的关键痛点,同时填补智慧工地技术在“产业转型类项目全流程管控”场景中的实践空白。研究以“科技赋能施工管理提质增效”为核心导向,集成应用AI移动巡检智能安全帽、AI人脸识别考勤系统、BIM全流程建模、物联网环境实时监测等先进技术,构建涵盖人员精准管理、安全动态监控、环境实时监测、进度闭环管控、质量全链追溯的智慧工地一体化管理体系。实践验证表明,该体系应用后成效显著:人员考勤准确率从85%提升至98%,高峰期考勤耗时压缩至30 min以内;安全事故发生率从2.5‰降至0.5‰,不安全行为识别率达95%;施工进度偏差率控制在5%以内,质量追溯实现原材料全生命周期可视化管控。项目于2025年6月通过广州市二星级智慧工地过程认证,所构建的智慧工地系统不仅有效提升了施工数字化、精细化管理水平,更实现了与牛仔产业集群的联动协同,达成“施工智慧化-产业协同化”的双重目标,为传统产业转型背景下建筑项目的智慧化建设提供了可复制、可推广的实践方案。

     

    Abstract: The core objective of this research is to address the fundamental challenges in traditional construction management-namely, delayed information transmission, prominent safety risks, and significant schedule deviations—while simultaneously filling the practical gap in applying smart construction site technologies to the "end-to-end management of industrial transformation projects." Guided by the principle of "enhancing construction management quality and efficiency through technological empowerment," this research integrates advanced technologies including AI-enabled smart safety helmets for mobile inspections, AI facial recognition attendance systems, BIM full-process modeling, and IoT-based real-time environmental monitoring. It establishes an integrated smart construction site management system encompassing precise personnel management, dynamic safety monitoring, real-time environmental tracking, closed-loop progress control, and full-chain quality traceability. Practical validation demonstrates remarkable outcomes: personnel attendance accuracy rose from 85% to 98%, with peak-hour attendance processing reduced to under 30 minutes; safety incident rates dropped from 2.5‰ to 0.5‰, with unsafe behavior identification reaching 95%; construction schedule deviation was controlled within 5%, while quality traceability enabled full lifecycle visualization of raw materials. The project achieved Guangzhou's Two-Star Smart Construction Site Process Certification in June 2025. The established smart construction system not only enhances digital and refined management levels but also enables synergistic collaboration with the denim industry cluster. This dual achievement of "smart construction and industrial synergy" provides a replicable and scalable practical solution for intelligent construction projects within the context of traditional industry transformation.
