现浇箱梁弧形翼板支撑结构施工应用

Construction Application of Arc Wing Support Structure of Cast-in-place Box Girder

  • 摘要: 南大干线(番禺大道节点立交)工程施工总承包项目跨线桥、匝道桥均为弧形斜腹翼板,施工过程中采用“定型龙骨架配合木模板支撑体系”进行现浇箱梁弧形斜腹翼板施工,克服了定型钢模板加工成本高、自重大、施工不便利,双拼钢管龙骨配合木模板稳定性差、侧向抵抗力差、施工质量难以把控等缺点。通过对支架结构形式、材料、桥梁平面曲率半径、受力分析、安装工艺以及位移监测等方面进行分析研究,研究表明运用定型龙骨架进行现浇弧形斜腹翼板施工,定型龙骨架结构受力仅为材料强度的36.7%,竖向变形能控制在l/800,水平位移能控制在0.4 mm以内,每联支撑体系搭设工期节约了约3天,每次周转成本节约了约4.5万元。

     

    Abstract: The overpass and ramp bridge of the general contracting project for the construction of the NANDA trunk line (Panyu Avenue node Interchange) project are all arc-shaped diagonal web flange plates. During the construction process, the "shaped keel frame and wood formwork support system" is used for the construction of the arc-shaped diagonal web flange plates of cast-in-place box girders, which overcomes the shortcomings of the shaped steel formwork, such as high processing cost, heavy self weight, inconvenient construction, poor stability of the double jointed steel pipe keel and wood formwork, poor lateral resistance, and difficult to control the construction quality. Through the analysis and Research on the support structure form, material, bridge plane curvature radius, stress analysis, installation technology and displacement monitoring, the research shows that the force of the shaped keel frame structure is only 36.7% of the material strength, the vertical deformation can be controlled within l/800, and the horizontal displacement can be controlled within 0.4 mm. The construction period of each support system is saved by about 3 days, and the turnover cost is saved by about 45000 yuan each time.
