狭小场地内超高大悬挑曲面钢屋盖施工技术

Construction Technology of Ultra-tall and Large Cantilevered Curved Steel Roof in a Narrow Site

  • 摘要: 为研究解决狭小场地内超高大倾角斜钢柱和大悬挑曲面钢屋盖安装施工难题,通过组合盘扣支撑体系、钢回顶支座、钢拉杆拉结及双抬机吊装的安装施工技术,实现狭小场地内将34 m长、72 t重的V型斜钢柱合理分段吊装,安装精度达到10 mm以内,结合有限元分析完成大悬挑钢梁免支撑体系设计,实现17 m长大悬挑钢梁免支撑自平衡安装;采用创新支撑形式分段吊装斜钢柱和大悬挑钢梁免支撑自平衡安装技术,显著减少了施工时间和成本,提高了整体施工效率。

     

    Abstract: To tackle the challenges of installing super-tall and steeply inclined steel columns and large cantilevered curved steel roofs in confined spaces, a combination of installation construction techniques such as the modular disc buckle support system, steel back-up brackets, steel tie rods, and dual-crane lifting were utilized. This approach facilitated the rational segmented hoisting of a 34 m long, 72 t V-shaped inclined steel column within a limited area, achieving an installation precision of within 10 mm. In conjunction with finite element analysis, a support-free design for large cantilevered steel beams was accomplished, enabling the self-balancing, support-free installation of 17 m long cantilevered steel beams. The adoption of innovative support forms and the technique of segmented hoisting for inclined steel columns and support-free self-balancing installation of large cantilevered steel beams significantly reduced construction time and costs, while also enhancing overall construction efficiency.
