建筑施工过程中的生产安全事故致因分析研究

An Analytical Study on the Causes of Production Safety Accidents in the Process of Building Construction

  • 摘要: 由于建筑环境的复杂性,施工技术的多样性以及施工人员行为的不确定性,建筑施工领域的生产安全事故频有发生,每年会造成大量的人员伤亡与财产损失。本文基于167起建筑施工过程中发生的较大及以上生产安全事故调查报告,从“人、机、环、管”四个因素分析了事故发生的直接原因与间接原因,对各种事故致因进行了分类统计,并依照提及次数进行风险重要度排序;采用提炼的致因因素关键词对每起事故进行编码,分析各起安全生产事故中致因因素的风险传导路径,并从施工企业管理、员工教育培训和职能部门监管等方面提出相应的措施与建议,降低施工过程中出现生产安全事故的风险。

     

    Abstract: The complexity of the construction environment, the diversity of construction technology, and the uncertainty of construction personnel's behavior contribute to the occurrence of frequent production safety accidents in the field of building construction, resulting in a significant number of casualties and property losses annually. This paper analyzes the direct and indirect causes of accidents based on the investigation reports of 167 large and above production safety accidents in the process of construction. It analyzes the direct and indirect causes of accidents from the four factors of "Person, Machine, Environment and Management" classifies the causes of various accidents into categories and statistics, and ranks the importance of risk according to the number of times it is mentioned. The keywords of each accident are coded to analyze the risk transmission paths of the causal factors in each production safety accident. Based on this analysis, recommendations are made regarding the management of construction enterprises, education and training of employees, supervision of functional departments, and other measures to reduce the risk of production safety accidents in the construction process.
