基于BIM技术的桥梁施工阶段精细化管理的应用

  • 摘要: 为了实现市政桥梁等线性工程施工精细化管控的目的,综合运用BIM+IOT技术及桥梁数字化管理监测平台技术,围绕桥梁施工阶段,运用BIM技术建立数字化桥梁模型,模型精度为LOD500,包括构件编码、桩位坐标等构件信息、构件生产及安装等过程信息数据集成,为后期运维提供数据资产;施工过程中对于模板、钢筋等进行深化设计辅助材料管理;关键工序模拟施工,项目整体漫游等可视化手段进行交底演示;高支模借助有限元分析等技术进行安全性验算;可视化监控平台实现施工过程、设备设施及环境监控及结构变形监测以保证桥梁施工安全。通过以上技术手段实现桥梁建设全过程数字化管理,数据协同共享,辅助项目精细化管理,由传统建造方式向数字化建造转型升级。项目的实施流程和方法可为类似桥梁工程项目管理提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve the goal of fine control of linear engineering construction such as municipal bridges, the comprehensive use of BIM+ IOT technology and bridge digital management monitoring platform technology is used to establish a digital bridge model around the bridge construction stage using BIM technology. The model accuracy is LOD500, including component coding, pile position coordinates and other component information, as well as component production and installation process information data integration, providing data assets for later operation and maintenance;During the construction process, auxiliary materials management such as templates and reinforcement are required for the detailed design;Conducting visual demonstrations through key process simulation construction and project-wide navigation;High-formwork safety calculation is carried out with the help of finite element analysis and other technologies;The visual monitoring platform achieves construction process, equipment and facilities, environmental monitoring, and structural deformation monitoring to ensure the safety of bridge construction.Through the above technical means, it achieves digital management of the entire process of bridge construction, collaborative data sharing, and assists in the fine management of the project.It transforms from traditional construction methods to digital construction, and the implementation process and methods of the project can provide a reference for similar bridge engineering project management.
