松木桩复合地基基础的施工技术研究与应用

  • 摘要: 随着我国城镇化、现代化进程稳步推进,我国对于空间的开发越来越重视,现阶段新建住宅工程多为高层住宅,其在施工时需安装施工升降机来辅助施工。在进行施工升降机布置时,难免存在施工升降机布置在回填土位置的现象,在回填土上布置施工升降机很容易造成地基沉降不均匀的情况,从而产生安全隐患,影响施工安全、质量和进度。针对传统回填土施工升降机基础加固地基存在的种种不足,通过研究回填土施工升降机复合地基基础施工技术,一方面可利用木桩的成品质量好、施工快、适应性强等优点,大范围应用于各类软弱基础加固的施工升降机基础工程;另一方面利用石粉垫层换填软回填土具有强度高、自密实的优点,有效防止施工升降机基础不均匀沉降,提高了基础安全度。

     

    Abstract: With the steady progress of urbanization and modernization in China, China pays more and more attention to the development of space, and most of the new residential projects at this stage are high-rise residences, which need to install construction lifts to assist construction during construction. When arranging construction elevators, it is inevitable that they will be placed at the backfill soil position. Installing construction elevators on backfill soil can easily cause uneven foundation settlement, resulting in safety hazards and affecting construction safety, quality, and progress. In response to the various shortcomings of traditional backfill construction elevator foundation reinforcement, through the study of composite foundation construction technology for backfill construction elevators, on the one hand, the advantages of good product quality, fast construction, and strong adaptability of wooden piles can be utilized to widely apply them to various weak foundation reinforcement construction elevator foundation projects; On the other hand, using stone powder cushion layer to replace soft backfill soil has the advantages of high strength and self compaction, effectively preventing uneven settlement of construction elevator foundation and improving foundation safety.
