地铁运行引起的超高层建筑振动响应分析

Analysis of Vibration Response in High-rise Buildings Induced by Subway Operation

  • 摘要: 随着城市化进程的加快和地铁交通系统的迅速扩展,地铁列车荷载引起的周围建筑振动问题越来越受到关注。为探究地铁运行引起的超高层建筑振动响应规律,本文以广州南沙某工程住宅楼项目为背景,通过现场监测和三维数值模型相结合的方法,综合分析了地铁列车荷载引起的超高层建筑振动响应。研究结果表明,振动在地下室最为显著,随着楼层高度的增加逐渐衰减;建筑结构在低频段内的振动响应最为显著,且与结构特征频率有较大的相关性。为有效控制和减小地铁列车荷载对超高层建筑的振动影响,建议在建筑设计和地铁规划中优化基础形式和结构设计,并增加振动监测和控制措施,以确保建筑结构的安全和居民生活的舒适。

     

    Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid expansion of subway transportation systems, the issue of vibrations in surrounding buildings caused by subway train loads has received increasing attention. This study investigates the vibration response of super high-rise buildings due to subway operation, using a combination of on-site monitoring and a three-dimensional numerical model. The analysis is based on a residential building project in Nansha, Guangzhou. The results indicate that the vibration is most pronounced in the basement and gradually diminishes with increasing floor height. Additionally, the building's vibration response is most significant in the low-frequency range and shows a strong correlation with the structural natural frequency. To effectively control and reduce the impact of subway train loads on super high-rise buildings, it is recommended to optimize foundation forms and structural designs during architectural and subway planning, and to implement vibration monitoring and control measures to ensure the safety of the building structure and the comfort of residents.
