基于Python自动生成DXF格式的支模剖面图软件的研发及应用

A Software for Automatically Generating DXF Format Formwork Profile Maps Based on Python

  • 摘要: 针对梁、板支模剖面图的快速、精确绘制需求,本文用python语言实施编程,以三方库ezdxf为基础,分别建立了盘扣式、套扣式和扣件式钢管脚手架的梁、板支模系统各配件的标准库函数,可实现在人机交互界面配置立杆及水平杆配杆,后台自动批量生成DXF格式图纸。程序封装之后已经在实际项目中得到了大规模的应用。实践及研究结果表明,基于Python自动生成DXF格式的支模剖面图软件可以快速绘制各类梁、板的支模剖面,有助于工程现场人员对技术方案的理解,大大降低方案编制人员的劳动强度,使得绘图时间由原来的以天计变成以分钟计。该软件的各种库函数可以移植。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of fast and accurate drawing of section diagrams for beam and plate support formwork, this article uses Python programming language to implement programming. Based on the third-party library ezdxf, standard library functions for various accessories of the beam and plate support formwork system of the plate type steel pipe scaffold, sleeve type steel pipe scaffold, and coupler type steel pipe scaffold are established. The vertical and horizontal rods are matched in the human-machine input interface, and the backend automatically generates a batch of DXF file format diagrams. After the program is packaged, it has been widely applied in practical projects. Practice and research results have shown that software based on Python for automatically generating DXF format formwork profiles can quickly draw various types of beam and slab formwork profiles, which helps engineering personnel understand technical solutions and greatly reduces the labor intensity of scheme developers. This has changed the drawing time from days to minutes. The various library functions of this software can be ported.
