水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料对混凝土性能影响的研究综述

  • 摘要: 水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料(Cementitious Capillary Crystalline Waterproofing Materials,以下简称CCCW)是一种含有硅酸盐水泥、石英砂以及活性化学物质组成的粉末状材料。自身与混凝土基体粘结性较好、具有优异的力学性能、自愈合性能以及耐久性能,被认为是一种富有前景的低碳建筑材料。该材料中的活性化学成分能够通过渗透作用和结晶反应生成晶体,有效修复水泥基材料的裂缝。因此,它在隧道、桥梁和水坝等基础设施工程中的应用潜力巨大。本文首先介绍了CCCW的作用机理;其次对比了CCCW的使用方式;然后分析了CCCW对混凝土力学性能、自愈合性能以及耐久性能的影响;最后探讨了其未来的研究与应用方向。

     

    Abstract: Cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing materials (CCCW) are a powdered material composed of Portland cement, quartz sand, and active chemicals. It has good adhesion with the concrete matrix, excellent mechanical properties, self-healing performance, and durability, and is considered a promising low-carbon building material. The active chemical components in this material can generate crystals through permeation and crystallization reactions, effectively repairing cracks in cement-based materials. Therefore, its application potential in infrastructure projects such as tunnels, bridges, and dams is enormous. This article first introduces the mechanism of action of CCCW; Secondly, the usage of CCCW was compared; Then, the impact of CCCW on concrete's durability, self-healing capabilities, and mechanical qualities was examined; finally, potential future study and application areas were explored.
