受限空间下盾构隧道及顶管同步施工技术研究

Research on Synchronous Construction Technology of Shield Tunnel and Pipe Jacking in Confined Space

  • 摘要: 城市地下市政基础设施建设时常会受到地面及地下的各种限制,这也是地下工程施工研究的重点方向。结合工程实例,针对城市空间受限、地下空间内管线复杂、地上空间涉及众多权属单位和既有建筑物的情况,本文对施工方案进行了优化研究,创新性地开创“盾构电力隧道+顶管法预制大直径混凝土管道后导洞双向同步施工”技术,创造性使用盾构顶管双向双重受力反力架,减少了盾构机停机时间,缩短了21天的施工工期;高效地利用城市地下空间,减少对周边环境的影响,使电缆路径选择和敷设更加便捷和经济,节省了至少100万元的施工成本。该技术在广州市南大干线500千伏电力隧道某项目中得到成功应用,取得了良好的社会和经济效益,可为类似工程实践提供参考,具有较好的推广与应用价值。

     

    Abstract: The construction of urban underground municipal infrastructure is often subject to various restrictions on the ground and underground, which is also the key direction of underground engineering construction research. Combined with engineering examples, the construction scheme was optimized and studied in view of the limited urban space, complex pipeline in underground space, and numerous ownership units and existing buildings involved in the above-ground space, and the construction technology of "shield tunneling power tunnel+pipe jacking method prefabricated large-diameter concrete pipeline rear guide tunnel bidirectional synchronous construction" was creatively developed. The creative use of shield pipe jacking bidirectional double force reaction frame reduces the shutdown time of shield machine and shortens the construction period of 21 days; Efficient use of urban underground space, reduce the impact on the surrounding environment, make the cable path selection and laying more convenient and economical, saving at least 1 million yuan of construction costs. The technology has been successfully applied in a 500 kV power tunnel project of Guangzhou Southern Grand Trunk Line, and has obtained good social and economic benefits. It can provide reference for similar engineering practice, and has good promotion and application value.
