Abstract
This study takes the current situation of ventilation and air conditioning installation engineering as the starting point, and conducts a systematic research on improving the installation quality of smoke exhaust galvanized ducts. By closely integrating engineering practical cases and based on relevant national standards and specifications, starting from the material procurement, structural design, personnel allocation, process planning and other links in the construction preparation stage, the entire process control of the installation process is carried out, extending to the quality inspection and acceptance stage, and constructing a targeted and scientific quality improvement system. The innovative application of fire-resistant coating installation technology for smoke exhaust galvanized ducts effectively solves the prominent problems of low construction efficiency, insufficient installation accuracy, and high material loss in traditional ventilation and air conditioning installation. This technology has significantly improved construction efficiency and engineering quality through process innovation, reduced labor intensity and material consumption of construction personnel, and has significant social benefits and economic value. The core goal of implementing the above strategy is to ensure that the smoke exhaust galvanized duct system can timely and efficiently complete smoke exhaust tasks in emergency situations such as fires, stably perform smoke prevention and exhaust functions, and provide solid technical and quality support for ensuring the safety of personnel's lives and property and building fire safety.
