Research on Automatic Logical Analysis System for Sludge Transfer Forms

  • In order to improve management level and work efficiency, this paper studies a software system for intelligent recognition and analysis of sludge transfer manifest. The system adopts OCR text recognition technology and YOLOv5 algorithm to achieve the recognition and judgment of text content. The workflow of the system covers key steps such as image acquisition, preprocessing, text content recognition, logical judgment, and result analysis. The research results indicate that by using high-definition cameras to obtain high-quality images and combining them with image processing libraries for image preprocessing, especially for automatic recognition of signature and time information, the accuracy of text recognition can be effectively improved. In addition, the system can also detect and alert time logic errors and other related issues, thereby achieving fast and accurate processing and analysis of data, thereby improving decision-making level and management efficiency.
