Abstract
A basement renovation project has a large number of masonry works, because there is no basement car track, the bulk materials such as blocks cannot be directly transported to the basement by vehicle, and secondary transport must be carried out.Conventional manual handling, mechanical lifting, or slope chute and other methods are time-consuming, easy to dust, and the block breakage rate is high.This paper describes an anti-fracture vertical transportation device construction technology developed by the project. Supporting frame body is set up by using locally available steel pipes and fasteners, and flexible rubber bellows are fixed on the supporting frame body.One end of the flexible rubber bellows passes through the roof hole of the basement as the inlet, and the other end serves as the outlet.By adjusting the curvature of the flexible rubber bellows and tying the anti-impact sack in the discharge port, the speed and impact force of the loose materials such as blocks sliding out of the discharge port can be buffed, so as to reduce the breakage rate of blocks.The successful application of a kind of anti-fragmentation vertical transportation device construction technology speeds up the construction progress of basement reconstruction, inhibits the dust phenomenon, reduces the loss of material transportation, and saves the construction cost.It is worth popularizing and applying in similar projects.
