Abstract
In response to the difficulty of large lifting machinery entering the site and the inability of existing technology to meet the lifting needs of giant wooden structures in the renovation of ancient buildings in mountainous areas, this paper takes the renovation project of a treasure hall in Chaoshan area as the research background and proposes a giant wooden structure construction technology based on detachable steel frame collaborative lifting. Through the development of fast plug-in connection nodes and double frame collaborative control system, a lifting system including 70 × 70 × 5 angle steel truss load-bearing components, double 3-ton electric hoist driving components, and fast plug-in connection nodes is developed, and a "horizontal transportation vertical lifting precise docking" full process construction system is constructed to achieve instant reconstruction of the frame when the lifting path is blocked. The research results indicate that when the maximum stress of the lifting system is 70 MPa, the deformation displacement of the double steel frame during collaborative operation is less than 5mm, which meets the safety requirements. This study effectively solves the problem of lifting giant wooden structures under the limitations of mountainous terrain, providing an innovative technical reference path for the installation of large wooden structures in complex terrains.
