Abstract
Prefabricated assembly bridge technology is widely applied due to its advantages such as efficient construction and low carbon emissions. However, the current methods for controlling the production and installation accuracy of prefabricated concrete piers and columns lack rationality and effectiveness, while accuracy control is crucial for ensuring the mechanical performance of the structure. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the key points of accuracy control in the production and installation of large prefabricated piers and columns to improve construction accuracy and efficiency. This paper, in combination with the characteristics of bridge piers and columns, proposes a set of construction processes for accuracy control technology. This process mainly includes the accuracy control methods for the production and fabrication of prefabricated piers and columns, reasonable transportation methods, and rapid installation methods, and the effectiveness is analyzed through engineering examples. Through analysis, it is found that this method not only significantly improves construction accuracy but also enhances construction efficiency, effectively reduces errors and rework rates during the construction process, and ensures the high-quality production and installation of prefabricated piers and columns. This accuracy control method provides reliable measures for the high-quality development of prefabricated bridges, with significant economic and social benefits, and can serve as a reference for similar projects.
