Research on BIM-based EPC Project Full Process information Management and Control Technology

The EPC general contracting mode can make full use of the contractor’s technology, management capabilities, and comprehensive resources to implement engineering, procurement, and construction in parallel. The project management under EPC mode is more systematic and clear, which can greatly promote the management system to informatization. Based on the EPC project implementation process, the paper introduces the application of BIM technology in the entire process of the EPC project, introduces how to implement refined management of the entire process, so as to establish an enterprise EPC project management and control system based on BIM technology. The research can provide reference to similar EPC project management.
