Abstract
At present, China's prefabricated buildings are in a period of great development, more and more market players have joined the development prefabricated buildings. However, due to the fact that the design cycle of prefabricated building construction drawings will increase by about 30 to 60 days compared with traditional cast-in-place construction drawings, and the incremental cost of prefabricated buildings is about 200 to 500 yuan per square meter, the rate of real estate developers using prefabricated buildings in new buildings is very low. Based on this, the paper point out that in order to effectively increase the proportion of prefabricated buildings in newly-built buildings, real estate developers need to increase the assembly rate of buildings from the aspects of project approval, design, and construction.
