Abstract
Screw pile is a kind of precast pile with high strength steel thread developed based on the principle of screw force, which shows remarkable technical advantages over traditional pile type in construction technology, engineering cost, ultimate bearing capacity and environmental impact, and is widely used in foundation treatment engineering. At present, positive progress has been made in the mechanical characteristics and bearing mechanism of screw pile under vertical load, but the theoretical research and engineering application of screw pile as anchor pile in geotechnical engineering test technology are relatively few. In this paper, based on the analysis of the mechanical mechanism of screw pile, a comparison test of the tensile force of screw pile with different characteristics of soil at different pile ends was carried out in the thick silt soil area. And static load test of the engineering test pile was carried out by using the screw pile as anchor pile and reaction device to verify the application effect of the screw pile reaction test in the area of thick silt map. The results show that the characteristics of soil at pile ends and the length of screw segments can significantly improve the uplift capacity of screw piles, while the effect of pile diameter on uplift capacity against uplift is not obvious. Under the condition of the same soil layer, use ф 400 all-steel screw pile and ground type pile tip to cooperate, strong penetrating power, deep buried depth, high efficiency. The reaction force method of screw anchor pile has a good experimental effect when the geological conditions are poor and has a broad application prospect in engineering. The results of this paper provide a reference for the application and popularization of the counter force method of driving a screw anchor pile in the static load test of the foundation pile.
