Research and Engineering Application of New Type Rigid Connection Joint of Prefabricated Primary and Secondary Beam

  • With the progress of the science and technology, the prefabricated assembly type structure has gradually become action of the development of building industry. Since each component is connected by the joints, so it is an important guarantee for the structural safety to choose the appropriate joint connection mode. In this study, by combined with the stress characteristics of the end of the secondary beam and under the premise of meeting the high seismic performance, the overlapped reinforcement segments of the primary and secondary beam are optimized to the 90 degree bending anchorage, a new joint connection mode has been formed, which can not only improve the prefabrication rate of the beam but also meet the shear strength at the joint connections. And the technology of this study is applied in assembly type structure construction process in the B land block, project I, Guangzhou international campus, Guangzhou south China university of technology, the construction methods of this study have the significant social and economic benefit, can provide the reference for the primary and secondary beam connection way in the similar prefabricated type project.
