Design of Health Monitoring Scheme for Medium and Small Span Concrete Continuous Beam Bridge

  • Aiming at the problem of large base number of small and medium-span concrete continuous beam bridges, many accidents and immature health monitoring research, a three-span prestressed bridge based on the theory of dangerous section, rational cubic spline function combined with finite element simulation analysis and actual bridge overview in Wuhan Corresponding health monitoring points are arranged on the concrete continuous beam bridge, forming a set of economical, applicable and relatively complete health monitoring program for small and medium-span concrete continuous beam bridges, and the monitoring results are carried out using temperature and strain data as examples. Analysis: The maximum value of the temperature data is -1.1℃and 12.5℃, which are within the normal temperature range, and the temperature of the measuring point changes with the change of the atmospheric temperature, indicating that the data is reliable; the change range of the strain data is- 30.2~198.3uε, which is generally less than the warning value (-249.2uε, 273.9uε). According to the appropriate quantification model, the overall score is 93.4 points, indicating that the bridge is in good operating condition. The research results show that the scheme is feasible and can provide a reference for the research of similar bridge health monitoring systems.
