Research on Unloading Technology of Temporary Supports in Construction of Large-Span Symmetric Cantilevered Structures

  • In order to ensure the safety of unloading construction of large-span temporary supports, the steel beam braces and shear wall steel braces are used for layered and symmetrical unloading, and the whole construction process is simulated and analyzed by finite element softwares. The results showed that the maximum combined displacement during unloading occurred at the first floor, which is 50.4mm, while the displacement of the second to fifth floors is about 38mm, which occurred at the end of the steel beam in the middle of the core tube of the auxiliary building and the supporting shear walls on both sides; In the process of moulding bed unloading, the floor cantilever produced large displacement increment and large internal force at the root of the cantilever. Therefore, a reliable temporary support unloading scheme for the construction of long-span symmetrical cantilever structure is proposed, which provides a reference for guiding the unloading construction of similar structures.
