Study on the Selection of Large Diameter Shield Machine for Shenzhen Chunfeng Tunnel

In the process of shield construction, the selection and adaptability evaluation of shield machine play an important role in the success of tunnel construction. Taking Chunfeng tunnel project in Shenzhen as an example and drawing on the relevant experience of similar large-diameter shield tunnel projects at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the type selection of shield machine in terms of the compound strata, such as the upper soft and lower hard strata, the left and right uneven strata, the rich fault fracture zones and the conditions of long-distance full section and high-strength hard rock. It mainly introduces the cutter head of the large-diameter slurry balanced shield The results of research and comparison on the selection and structural design, the selection and design of mud water circulation system, and the targeted selection and design of small radius curve tunnel provide some reference for the selection of equipment of super large diameter mud water balance shield machine under similar engineering conditions.
