Research on the Design Measures of Subway Parking Lots to Declare Near-zero Energy Buildings: A Case Study of the Maintenance Building of Guangzhou New Town Parking Lot

  • In order to reasonably plan the general plan of the building, determine the appropriate orientation and architectural form, fully ensure the shading and heat insulation, effectively use natural lighting and ventilation, and reasonably arrange the indoor space, the project energy consumption is reduced by selecting energy-saving design measures such as high-performance envelope structure, building shading, high-efficiency cooling and heat source system and transmission and distribution system, fresh air heat recovery technology, and renewable energy application. Estimated effect: The comprehensive value of building energy consumption is 23.81 kWh/m2·a, the energy saving rate of the building body is 49.89%, the comprehensive energy saving rate of the building is 71.92%, and the renewable energy utilization rate is 41.91%. Zero-carbon construction is still in the exploratory stage, and the successful application of this project will provide reference for zero-carbon construction.
