Adjacent to the Power Tunnel Shield Hoisting Underground Construction Technology

  • In order to solve the problem of adjacent to the existing power tunnel during the construction of shield hoisting, combined with the shield starting project of Chenjiaqiao Station of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 15, before hoisting, the impact of the hoisting load on the power pipeline below is reduced by replacing 0.3 m thick loose sand in the crawler crane operation area and using 0.5 m double-layer reinforced mesh concrete for pavement hardening, and the additional load generated in the hoisting process is dispersed by adding 0.04 m steel plate below the crawler crane during hoisting. The results show that the wire rope parameters, hoisting forms and lug models of different hoisting components are determined through the calculation of the hoisting capacity of the crawler crane, and the calculation results meet the requirements of relevant specifications. Through the detection and calculation of the bearing capacity of the on-site foundation, it is found that the test results are much higher than the calculation results, indicating that the reinforced hoisting area fully meets the safety requirements of hoisting under the most unfavorable working conditions. The research results enrich the construction technology of shield hoisting in adjacent power tunnels, and can also provide a reference for the site reinforcement of shield hoisting adjacent existing structures.
