Application of Pipe Jacking Technology Through Existing Pipelines under Bad Geology

  • In order to solve the situation that large pipelines in urban rail transit construction cannot be relocated due to the constraints and restrictions of the surrounding environmental conditions, the soil model is established by using finite elements before construction to analyze the force impact of the surrounding soil changes on the pipelines. Use the characteristics of BIM visualization to draw a three-dimensional diagram of the project, and provide an information platform for the communication and exchange of relevant project managers; In the process of pipe jacking, the settlement is controlled by "boring control technology" and "pipeline static real-time monitoring technology"; Strictly control the amount of excavation to prevent the ground from collapsing due to over-excavation; At the same time, a new solid slurry made by mixing a mixture of bentonite clay and polymer materials such as polyacrylamide is used to reduce the friction of the top of the tube.According to the field practice, the use of this technology ensures the smooth and safe passage of the pipe jacking machine through the existing pipeline, which can save about 3 million yuan.
