Abstract
As a “synthesizer” of many scientific and technological achievements, the Jianyan innovation building project strives to realize the green construction mode of maximizing the comprehensive benefits of environmental protection (ecology), economy and society. This paper explores the application of green construction technologies in building engineering. In terms of environmental protection, dust control, noise management, and wastewater treatment measures were implemented to mitigate construction impacts. For material conservation, precise material procurement and increased recycling rates were employed to reduce resource consumption. Water conservation was achieved through the use of water recycling systems and water-saving devices to improve water resource utilization. Energy efficiency was enhanced by optimizing equipment selection, energy management, and spatial layout. Land conservation was addressed through compact planning and land restoration to minimize land use. Additionally, the project employed a green pile foundation technology to effectively control construction pollution. These green construction practices not only balanced environmental, economic, and social benefits but also propelled the building industry toward a more sustainable and eco-friendly future.
