Research on Grouting Construction Technology for Vertical Components of Prefabricated Main Structure

  • In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the sleeve grouting process for the vertical components of the prefabricated main structure, research has been conducted specifically on the pre grouting process of the sleeve grouting and the grouting construction process. Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of traditional grouting techniques were summarized, and during the application of traditional grouting techniques, grouting bursts occurred. To thoroughly address the shortcomings of traditional grouting methods, research is conducted based on the actual working conditions on site, and technical improvements and extensions are implemented on traditional technologies. In the process of research, the stacked grouting technology was first developed, and then the grouting material, template, and nail combination sealing grouting technology was developed based on the actual working conditions on site; Grouting technology using vertical formwork to seal the feet; The technology of combining steel gaskets or steel bars and base slurry for base slurry; The grouting technology of the combination of grouting material and angle steel grouting; Grouting technology for seat slurry, sealing rubber strip, and angle steel combination seat slurry. Research practice has shown that the above technologies have extended the traditional grouting technology, overcome the shortcomings of traditional grouting technology, and fundamentally ensured the smooth progress of grouting, resulting in a success rate of 100% for grouting. The technical gap time for grouting after each floor of the building has been reduced by about two hours, accelerating the construction period. And the slurry technology is simple to operate and low in cost.
