Abstract
To address the issues of incomplete contact and uneven deformation in traditional unitized curtain wall hanging codes, this paper proposes an improvement to the unitized panel hanging structure by integrating bearings with the conventional hanging codes. Through finite element simulation, the paper validates the load-bearing capabilities of the hanging codes under conditions simulating a 200-meter height. The results indicate that the bearing-supported hanging codes can withstand wind loads exceeding 5 kPa, meeting the requirements for the usage in conditions of super high-rise buildings with a height of 200 meters.Additionally, the bearing-supported hanging code system possesses 6 adjustable degrees of freedom, allowing it to adapt to changes in curtain wall displacement. This effectively reduces wear on the contact surfaces of the unitized panel hanging structure and provides a foundation for the realization of various architectural styles, such as diagonal grids, steep angles, and curved surfaces, in curtain wall designs.
