Abstract
To address the shortcomings of traditional subway shield tunneling measurement control network projection transmission, a precision measurement technology for shield tunneling based on detachable steel wire brackets and forced centering brackets inside the tunnel is proposed. Using detachable steel wire brackets instead of traditional semi permanent fixed brackets to suspend steel wires, and using a single well directional control network transmission method with three steel wires suspended instead of a single well double wire form, the forced centering bracket locked on the pipe segment is used to optimize the single closed wire in the tunnel into a double closed wire. The practical results show that the precision control network transmission technology for limited space shield tunnels can adapt to the construction of single well shield starting wells with smaller sites, saving 12 days of shield machine downtime; This technology has guided 9 shield tunneling sections to be completed as scheduled according to the design route, with direct economic benefits exceeding 9 million yuan and measurement accuracy improved by about √ 2 times. In summary, this technology greatly reduces the mutual constraints between wire measurement and shield tunneling transportation, improves wire measurement accuracy, and achieves the goal of improving production efficiency.
