Research on Application Practice of Digital Enabling Supply Chain Platform in Construction Industry

  • The traditional supply chain management model faces multiple challenges such as information asymmetry, low collaborative efficiency, resource waste, and insufficient risk control. Therefore, this article takes the transformation practice of the supply chain of Jishi Group as the research object, exploring how digital technology empowers the supply chain management of the construction industry, thereby enhancing the competitiveness and project management level of enterprises. Firstly, the transformation path and core technological support of supply chain digitization at different stages were analyzed; Then, the application results of the core functional modules in the project's entire process management were elaborated in detail, highlighting the technological innovations of mobility, collaboration, visualization, and blockchain, and integrating and dynamically tracking the entire process data. The research results indicate that the digital supply chain management platform can effectively integrate the full cycle data of procurement, logistics, finance and other projects, optimize resource allocation, improve collaborative efficiency, and enhance the supply chain's risk resistance ability through real-time monitoring and risk warning mechanisms. The digital supply chain management platform provides a replicable and scalable transformation paradigm for construction enterprises, and its technical framework and implementation experience have theoretical value and practical guidance significance for the digital transformation of industry supply chains.
