Abstract
Summarized the current situation of apparent disease detection in railway tunnels, and sorted out the advantages and disadvantages of the current apparent disease detection system in railway tunnels. To address the issue of incomplete detection from a single data source, a vehicle mounted mobile measurement system integrating computer vision technology and 3D laser scanning technology is proposed, achieving rapid acquisition of laser point clouds and high-definition images in railway tunnels. By comprehensively analyzing and processing point cloud data and image data, comprehensive detection of lining surface defects such as falling blocks, water seepage, cracks, and geometric deformation can be achieved. Engineering practice has shown that the highest detection efficiency of the vehicle mounted mobile measurement system studied in this article can reach 15km/h, and the crack detection accuracy can reach 0.3mm. It can achieve comprehensive and rapid detection of tunnel surface defects, effectively reducing the working time on the railway line, and providing technical support and safety guarantees for the rapid detection of existing railway tunnels.
