Experimental and Applied Research on the Bending Performance of Large Diameter Prestressed Concrete Pipe Piles for Deep Foundation Pit Support

  • By optimizing the arrangement of non prestressed and prestressed steel bars, improving the concrete strength grade of the pile body, improving the material and structure of the end plate, a large-diameter mixed reinforced prestressed concrete pipe pile with higher bending performance has been developed, which is suitable for deep excavation projects with higher requirements for bending and shear performance. However, conventional prestressed pipe pile construction techniques such as hammering and static pressure are prone to problems such as pile breakage and deviation in deep soft soil layers and uneven weathered rock layers.Through engineering practice, this project adopts a large diameter drilling and pipe pile construction technology without mud protection and low noise, which can effectively solve the problems in the construction process of prestressed pipe piles under complex geological conditions.
