Construction Technology Analysis of a Rear Embedded Plate With Flat Joint Surface

  • Based on the steel structure installation project in a renovation project, this paper describes that in order to solve the problem that the protruding joint surface of the rear anchor bolt of the conventional rear buried plate prevents the smooth installation of steel structure members, the project has developed and applied a construction technology of "rear buried plate with flat joint surface", that is, grooves are created on the connecting plate according to the position of the rear anchor bolt.The fastening section of the rear anchor bolt is located in the groove to avoid protruding the surface of the connecting plate, so that the connecting side of the connecting plate and the steel structural part is relatively flat, which facilitates the installation of the steel member, prevents the on-site grooving, opening and repair welding of the steel member, and thus reduces the amount of on-site welding and quality hazards.At the same time, the construction efficiency and operability of the steel structure installation project are improved, and the construction technology is worthy of reference and application in similar projects.
