Discussion on the Application of Prefabricated Chiller Room Construction in Shenzhen Metro

Assembled construction represents the direction of the construction industry from traditional production mode to informatization and industrialization. Assembled construction is the "building block" construction method. The main accessories required for the completion of construction are manufactured on the factory assembly line and assembled into a whole according to the model on the site.Taking Zhongwu South Station of Shenzhen Rail Transit Line 12 Project as an example, this paper realizes the prefabricated construction of subway water chiller pipe based on BIM.Through the use of BIM to optimize the pipeline in the machine room, the pipe fittings are processed according to the model data and prefabricated in the factory to realize the on-site prefabricated construction, reduce the number of construction personnel and labor intensity, and improve the accuracy of production pipe fittings.This paper summarizes the prefabricated construction method of subway station pipeline, which not only meets the requirements of construction technical specifications, but also conforms to the concept of green construction, and provides effective construction solutions for similar projects.
