Construction and Safety Management of Attached Lifting Scaffold for Concave Facade Buildings Based on BIM

  • Presently, in high-rise building construction, the attached lifting scaffold has gradually replaced the traditional floor-type scaffold and has been widely used because of its higher safety and economy, but there are technical problems in the utilization of irregular cross-section buildings. This paper studies the utilization of BIM technology in the special structure building with irregular cross section, taking the Yueke Science and Technology Finance Building project with internal structure on the outer facade as a case. The analysis results show that BIM technology can standardize the management of the components of the attached lifting scaffold by establishing a three-dimensional information model, clearly display the connection details of each node, and improve the installation efficiency of workers; In addition, in view of the change of the concave structure of the project, a special column with movable steel plate is designed using BIM technology, which can be used as the wall-attached pivot of the attached lifting scaffold, and can also move the steel plate on the column up and down to fit the horizontal wall-attached member of the frame when the slope of the guide rail changes due to the change of section; At the same time, the visualization of BIM model can be used to carry out safety disclosure of project hazard sources and improve the safety management ability.
