Study of UHPC Prefabricated Assembly for Rail Top Air Duct

In order to improve the convenience and quality of on-site construction of rail top air duct, it is proposed to propose an assembly scheme of fabricated rail top air duct in combination with the actual situation of Guangzhou Metro Line 10.The ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) is used in combination with its ultra-high mechanical properties and ultra-high durability to reduce the relevant maintenance of the rail top air duct in the later period.The results show that the design scheme of assembled rail top air duct proposed in this paper is safe and reliable, and the construction technology is reasonable.In this paper, the use of UHPC in rail top air duct improves the relevant mechanical properties of air ducts and reduces the maintenance cost in the later stage.
