Abstract
In order to study the reinforcement effect of post grouting technology on the pull-out performance of cast-in-place piles, this paper conducted relevant experimental research, aiming to improve the bearing capacity of cast-in-place piles through post grouting technology, optimize their pull-out performance, and provide scientific basis for engineering practice. This article uses the static load test method to compare and analyze the bearing characteristics of two drilled cast-in-place piles before and after grouting, and conducts a detailed study on the bearing characteristics of three grouted cast-in-place piles, with a focus on analyzing the differences in bearing performance before and after grouting. According to the comparison of experimental data, it was found that the bearing capacity of the anti pull pile after grouting increased by 35.15%-148.54% compared to before grouting; The maximum uplift amount has decreased by 64.74%-65.57% compared to before grouting. The experimental results show that post grouting technology can effectively reinforce the rock and soil mass on the pile side and pile end, thereby improving the pile side friction resistance and pile end embedding effect, and significantly reducing the settlement of the pile body. The post grouting technology has a significant reinforcement effect on the pull-out performance of cast-in-place piles, which can greatly improve the bearing capacity of piles and effectively reduce pile deformation. This technology strengthens the rock and soil mass on the pile side and pile end, enhances the pile side frictional resistance and pile end embedding effect, and provides reliable technical support for the anti pull design and construction of cast-in-place piles.
