Abstract
In urban construction projects, tower cranes are often installed in excavations due to narrow spaces. There are two common practices: one is to wait until the foundation pit is excavated to the bottom before installing the tower crane, but it will delay the construction progress of the basement structure; The second is to use a high pedestal tower crane foundation to achieve early use of the tower crane, but there are problems such as difficulty in controlling construction accuracy, complex stress processes, and difficult coordination between processes in deep foundation pit high pedestal tower crane foundations. In view of the above problems, this paper uses the finite element method to analyze, and studies the foundation construction accuracy control method, the first wall attachment layout optimization scheme, and the coordination between earthwork excavation and slant support construction process. Theoretical research and practical applications have shown that the use of grid column construction guidance and correction frames can effectively control construction accuracy, ensuring that the center deviation of the grid column is less than or equal to 5 mm and the verticality deviation is less than or equal to 1‰; The adoption of "steel plate fixed small platform" and slant support measures can improve the rigidity and stability of the foundation, control the horizontal displacement of the tower crane foundation in the whole process of construction and use within 7.8 mm, meet the requirements of the Technical Standards for Concrete Foundation Engineering of Tower Crane (the allowable value is less than or equal to 10 mm), and the foundation stability meets the needs of the whole process of construction. This article provides technical and practical references for similar tower crane foundation projects.
