Abstract
A new technology for precise positioning and measurement of the starting posture of shield tunneling machines is proposed, with the permanent fixed posture point of the shield machine body as the core, to meet the precise positioning requirements of the shield tunneling machine's own posture during the excavation process of subway section shield tunnels. After the completion of the splicing of the middle and rear ends before the start of the shield machine, the positioning measurement and fitting of the center of the shield machine body are carried out before the joint of the shield machine shell. Based on this, combined with the measurement of the reserved posture points on both sides with a hanging hammer, the accuracy of the horizontal and vertical positioning is rechecked to ensure the accuracy of the start posture of the shield machine. Practice has shown that the precise positioning measurement technology for the starting posture of shield tunneling machines can solve the problem of significant errors in the local layout posture of traditional shield tunneling machines after they are lowered into the well. It no longer solely relies on the guidance system calculation model provided by manufacturers, and meets the requirements for debugging the starting posture of shield tunneling machines. It has significant reference significance for subsequent shield tunneling machine excavation.
